Walt Williams Pro Power Basketball Camp 2

The Walt Williams Pro Power Basketball Camp is July 13-17, July 20-24 and July 27-31.  The camp is for boys and girls ages 7-14

Pro Power Foundation considers every participant a minor under parents/guardian care. 

Please have your parents/guardians fill registration form, please specify which week of camp or camps you are registering for and read the following release form.

In consideration of participation in Pro Power Camps and Activities, I do hereby release, discharge and hold Pro Power Foundation, Its officers, agents, media and employees of and from all causes, liabilities, damages, claims of demands whatsoever on account of any injury or accident involving the said minor arising out of the minor’s attendance at the camp or in course of competition and/or activities held in connection with the Camp.
